● Responsible for the entire spectrum of financial accounting function from daily operations of GL, AP, Credit Control, stocktake, treasury & cashflow management through to successful monthend closing

● Responsible for prompt and accurate completion and submission of monthly STATUTORY financials for China

● Responsible for prompt submission of monthly MANAGEMENT financials

● Successful completion of all statutory, audit, taxes computation and submission for China

● Maintaining updated secretarial records and liaise with company lawyers/Group office legal on all corporate secretarial matters

● Support Greater China management team with generation of financial forecasts and budgets, complete with variance analysis and commentaries

● Develop and administer an ongoing risk assessment process to select appropriate internal audit reviews using the ICQ template



Skills

·Ensures accurate and timely financial results generated from systems and procedures that are in compliance with company policies, accounting standards, tax and legal regulations

·Prepare monthly forecasts and annual budget in line with management's strategic plans

·Liaise with external auditors, head office on all financial reporting queries and issues pertaining to China

·Develop accounting practices so that there is adequate reporting and control of transactions across China, most notably in relation to gross margin

·Document all financial aspects of systems and processes

·Financial involvement in projects initiatives - review of current businesses, expansion, new ventures

·Take a lead role in the review and implementation of Data & Information reporting processes & systems within China

Timely advice to local Management and Group of new/revised regulations, and steer change processes with various functions to ensure adoption of updated policies and procedures

Responsible to tabulate, manage and control information for systems and processes, reporting and development in relation to both ERP (transactional) and Data Information systems in ShenZhen
