RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service客户服务
To deliver consistent, sincere and responsive service and ensure the Lane Crawford standards are consistently executed at all times
提供始终如一和真诚的快速响应服务,确保始终执行连卡佛的服务标准
To take every opportunity to deliver our service promise – Making every customer feel Great eg building rapport, understanding the customers’ needs and being proactive to anticipate and deliver service above and beyond the customers expectation
抓住一切契机实现我们的服务承诺——“为每一位客人提供满意服务”,例如通过建立密切关系、理解顾客的需要,主动揣测并提供超越顾客期望的服务
To actively build long term relationships with customers

To understand and promote Omni channel experience service to every customer
理解并向顾客推介公司的全渠道服务
To ensure that all sales are followed up with after sales service activities such as reserve, gift wrapping, dispatch and delivery, concierge service every time
确保利用售后服务活动跟进所有销售,例如每次预约、礼品包装、发货和送货及礼宾服务

To achieve agreed individual monthly sales targets
完成个人月度销售目标
To be proactive in identifying selling opportunities that will help achieve the sales targets
主动发现有助于实现销售目标的销售机遇
To be proactive in recruiting new customers to enlarge the customer base to help to achieve the sales targets.
主动招揽新顾客扩大有助于实现销售目标的顾客群
To capture all key data from customers to build client database for clienteling purposes and develop sales plan for clienteling activities
获取所有关键客户信息,为客户建立客户数据库并针对客户的消费习惯制定相应的销售计划
To be proactive and willing to put in extra effort to achieve personal and team sales target
主动且愿意为达成个人和团队的销售目标而加倍努力。
Product Knowledge产品知识
To be able to provide the customer with fashion trends and product information that will enable them to make an informed decision about the item they wish to purchase
能够向顾客介绍时尚趋势和产品知识,让他们做出有关自己希望购买的产品的明智决定
To be able to communicate confidently the unique selling points and the features and benefits of the product
能够自信地介绍产品的独特卖点、特点及好处
To actively use this product knowledge to provide mix and match ideas for the customer and to up-sell to maximize the sales value
积极运用产品知识向顾客提供有关产品组合和搭配的意见并向他们销售更多商品以尽可能增加销售金额
To be open to new products and learning new things
接纳新产品,善于学习新事物
Housekeeping内务
To ensure daily housekeeping standards are maintained at all times
确保始终维持日常内务标准
To maintain visual merchandise presentation in line with VM Brand Book
按照视觉陈列手册维持视觉陈列展示
To prevent stock and pilferage by being alert present on the floor at all times and informing manager / security of potential issues
始终保持警觉并向经理/保安报告潜在的问题以预防存货短缺和盗窃
To perform cashiering function to a high degree of accuracy
高度准确地履行收银的职责
To ensure stock is continually replenished to ensure a full range of items are available for the customer
确保持续补货以保证顾客可以买到所有货品
REQUIREMENTS
Matriculated or above
高中以上学历
Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in a luxury retail industry with sales experience
1年以上时尚或奢侈品零售行业销售岗位的工作经验
Be familiar with sales procedure, have good service attitude and team work spirit
熟悉销售流程并具备良好的服务意识和团队合作精神
Passion in fashion
热衷时尚,随时关注流行趋势
Basic English communication skills.
