职位描述：

1. Prepare the daily sales reconciliation and bank reconciliation

2. Support reconcile the A/R with intercompany and issue the credit and debit note.

3. Ensure contractual rebate are timely and properly accrual by each month end, calculated in the first week of each quarter and refund to customer timely according to contract term.

4. Reports collection results and issues to manager in a timely manner through weekly AR report

5. Coordinate the AR closing (including bad debt provision and sub-ledger reconciliation) and prepare all kinds of month-end AR report/including AR forecast

6. Liaise with internal and external customer to achieve continuous improvement on process and collection.

7. Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by line manger/department head.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree, preferably in accounting or business administration, with good knowledge of Chinese accounting principles.

2. A minimum of 5 year of working related experience in the AR and month end reporting. Credit or Collections experience in MNC, consumer industry preferred.

3. Proactive, a good team player and able to work under pressure and tight deadline. Independent, self-motivated and result-oriented

4. Good command of English
