Job Purpose
1 Provide product training for store staffs and Macallan BAs in China Duty free stores. (Top 40 stores for CDF)
2 Developing staff persuasive selling skills for Macallan Highland park and TFG brands
3 Corporate with store management team for developing their staff knowledge over single malt whisky and find ways for evaluation and review.
4 Responsible for educating staff on how to leverage Tasting activity in store to uplift its impact over consumers.
5 Understanding the market dynamics and competitors weakness on how to help Macallan winning in store
6 Assist Account Manager on store rolling-forecast calculation for whole year, and close working relationships with CDFG Supply Chain
7 Provide insight and input into the annual customer budgets, together with commercial team
8 Develop new customer opportunities for growing business
9 Combine the Budget target together with commercial team
Key Result Areas
1 Develop ways for drive staff knowledge over Singlemalt
2 Educating staff for how to communicate product selling point with consumer effectively
Collect market Visibility, promotional and pricing reports
3 Excellent relationship builder
4 Analytical skills and financial understanding
5 New products presentations to non-top store level and listings
6 Present fact based rolling forecast (throughout the year)
7 Proactively seek new profitable business opportunities
8 Travel is a must
