职位描述：
Key Responsibility:
1. Build and maintain relationships with internal functions within purchasing, such as Advanced / OEM Purchasing and Supplier Quality Assurance and Development.
2. Ensure commodity strategy is communicated to relevant parties across purchasing functions. Ensure commodity strategy and supplier capacity is aligned to new development plans
3. Establish market intelligence by monitoring markets, price development and material availability closely.
4. Contract Management and Negotiation.
5. Raw materials and Cost Forecasting based on commodity cost construction.
6. implement VA/VE and localization to drive the cost reduction, identification and proposals of cost saving measures
7. Execute the Purchasing work independently
8. Prepare & review the procurement execution plan and specification based on project execution schedule
9. team lead ship and management

Requirements:

Excellent oral and written English skills
Knowledge: Bachelor degree or above
Automobile industry procurement experience is MUST
8 years experience in auto industry procurement related
2-3 years in management position with team lead ship
Be familiar with raw materials and negotiating skills
Good PC skills of Word/Excel/Power point
