Responsibilities

• Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources and Administration functions, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, payroll Administration, leave administration and employee relations etc;
• Manage the whole recruitment process to support business growth which includes sourcing, selection, interview and closing
• Design and implement training and development programs to the staff of the Company
• Preparing analyses and reports relating to job grading, organization structure, staff turnover and staff cost budget
• Oversee all office administration duties and to develop health and safety initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• A Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• At least 8 years of managerial experience in the HR positions handling a full spectrum of HR functions
• Strong experience in recruitment and training
• Solid experience in a manufacturing environments
• Excellent problem-solving and coaching skills
• Solid experience in handling plant labor / disciplinary issues
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactive, independent and a good team player
