Lead Master Data Team & Data Input Team
1.To supervise accounting system maintenance, including vendor and master table maintenance for China and oversea McDonald’s company
2.To supervise data input process and E-coin web system
3.Monthly closing for legal entity. (Review and process master system/E-coin system)
4.Proper execute the company finance procedure and policy of accounting treatment, provide construct suggestion for process improvement
5.Implement internal control procedure and execution and facilitate regular internal process optimization
6.Coordinate to solve financial issues
7.Manage the ongoing coaching, training and development to team member
8.Assist other Management Requests
1.Bachelor degree and above, major in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
2.At least 5 years accounting related experience, Shared Service Center or multi-national company experience is preferred
3.Good computer skills and excellent Excel skill
4.Fluent writing and reading English, CET 4 and above
5.Good people management skills, process management skills, interpersonal skills, communication skills and customer oriented
6.Integrity, positive, self-motivated, responsible, open, well-organized, team player, able to work under pressure
