职位描述：

Responsibility:
1.To set up their own portfolio and plan overall tactics to identify, solicit and develop targeted customers in order to achieve the business goals in accordance with the Bank's strategies.
2.To monitor the portfolio of customers through developing effective strategy for each accounts and to conduct periodical visits and to particiapte in the negotiations and sales closing. To ensure that the operations within scope of responsibility are complied with the set standard and procedures. To share the information on key market developments that may impact critical risk factors affecting credit customers within portfolio, and monitor overall credit quality in portfoio.
3.To identify and collect information to assess account risk profile, submit credit recommendations for approval to underwriting, follow-up on documentation and closing requirements. To give advise on credit recommendation.
4.To work with other departments to identify new prospects and sales opportunities and get support from them.
5.To coach, support and evaluate subordinates in developing competencies/career opportunities, including motivation.
6.To manage within the approved budget.
7.To perform other tasks assigned by the supervisors.

Qualification Requirement:
1.Bachelor's Degree with major in Business Administration, Finance or banking related area.
2.Have experience about how to manage resources for organization
3. Have experience in customer relationship management, marketing, banking product, and have well analytical thinking
4.Have knowledge in industrial management and well understanding about banking product.
