职位描述：

Channel Management
1. Q&A with customers on Internet Banking system and coordinate with relevant parties within the bank to provide solutions to customers
2. Conduct customer/user behavior analysis and translate into business requirement and budget
3. Innovate and lead the enhancement and development of Channel Management System (including internet banking)
4, Coordinate with all branches and sub-branches for performance and regulatory requirements
Sales Management
5. Responsible for sale management system and coordinate with IT for further improvement
6. Design and execute sales incentives scheme to incentivize sales team

Qualification
1. At least 5 years’ experience in Corporate Internet Banking area
2. Education background in IT is a plus
3. Excellent communication skill
4. Have a strong desire to improve and innovate
