职位描述：
1》负责公司提供数据的首次电话咨询，并成功的邀约客户；
2》提供专业的课程咨询，持续稳定的完成既定招生目标（含月度、季度、年度）；
3》及时跟进学员情况，与学员及家长建立密切的联系，确保学生完成学习目标；
4》协助校方管理，做好学员服务，处理学生及家长在学习中遇到的各种问题；
任职要求：
1》本科及以上学历，教育及英语相关专业优先；
2》具备良好的形象、气质，较强的沟通协调能力；
3》具备基本英语听说读写能力；
4》积极乐观的态度、良好的抗压和自我调节能力；
5》优秀的客户服务意识和团队合作精神；
6》综合素质优秀，工作认真负责，良好的职业道德操守；
7》有同行工作经验者优先；

每周五天（排班制、含周末）9:30-19:30
工作待遇：
2500-7500元/月（底薪+职称津贴+补助+绩效工资+月度提成+季度奖金+保险+企业福利）
