职位描述：

• Manage the overall management of HR & Administration of the Company.
• Establish and improve the Company’s HR & Admin policies, procedures and documentations.
• Manage the Administration of the Company including canteen, commutes,  reception, green areas and cleaning of non-production areas.
• Manage the site security in compliance with our EHS and industrial risk prevention standards
• In charge of organizing any recreational/training/team building activities of the Company
• Prepare people review, headcount optimization plans, liaise with trade union.
• Liaise with relevant local authorities for labor and admin Issues.
• Ensure the proper implementing of EHS procedures during project phase and eliminate significant EHS hazards.
• Lead the WCM implementation and cost saving projects for People Development pillar

• College graduate, major in HR management preferably.
• At least 3 years experiences in HR & Admin management in industrials, preferably in foreign invested companies.
• Good understanding of labor laws and regulations
• Strong sense of confidentiality
• Good skills in communication, coordination and authorities
• Capacity in English communication
