职位描述：
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Actively acquire the feedback from customers regarding their complaint and suggestions on our product quality and service, drive the improvement project to meet and exceed customer expectations.

2. Establish and maintain quality control plan and documents effective, and ensure the qualified products delivered to customers.

3. Effectively interact with ME and Engineering teams to eliminate the quality risk on the new product or new technology introducing process.
对新产品和新工艺过程制定质量控制方案。
4. Establish and maintain quality inspection program, process audit checklist and final inspection checklist.
制定和维护质量检验程序，过程审核清单和最终检验清单。
5. Collect and report all internal and external quality defects, analyse quality performance data, identify opportunities for improvement and initiate actions to correct areas of deficiency or non-conformance, track the effectiveness.
统计制程和客户质量问题，分析质量数据，寻找改进机会，组织制定和实施改进措施，并对改进效果做验证。
6. Ensure all the quality policies are well maintained and respected in the daily operations, working with related departments to solve the incompliance.

7. Maintain and improve quality systems, maintain and draft related quality procedures

8. Work with sourcing and SQE to resolve supplier quality issues. Coordinate the resolution of discrepant or defective parts. Assist in corrective action implementation

9. Provide training to workers.
员工质量培训。
10. Other tasked assigned by high-level leader.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Process quality control, improvement of customer feedback, and system compliance.
制程质量控制，客户反馈改善，及系统的符合性。

REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor degree in engineering, and 3 years working experience in quality.
工科或工程学士学位，3年质量工作经验。
2. Experience to implement ISO9001 procedures.
实施ISO9001流程的经验。
3. Training and/or experience about Six sigma, lean manufacturing, advanced quality planning preferred.
参加过过程改善方法的培训的优先考虑，例如6西格玛，精益生产，质量策划。
4. Experience in trouble shooting, coordinating and implementing quality system and manufacturing improvements.
