职位描述
Position: HR Specialist-Training
Department: HR & Admin. Department
Purpose of position: Develop and administrate training plans; Manage the staff's training record; Be responsible for staff's development plan preparation and implementation; Assist in competence model establishment, model's implementation in all related functions and areas; Assist in talent management policy preparation and leadership development guideline and procedure preparation.
Working location: Guangzhou Headquarters Office

2) Be in charge of internal trainer team establishment, maintainance and team member's basic training skill's development. Ensure the internal trainers' training skill meets the role's requirement.
3) Be in charge of developing, designing and updating the non-product / technology training materials, such as new employee orientation training material package, presentation skill, train the trainer, communication skill,team work, etc. Training materials meet company's requirement
4) Be in charge of training record system establishment and maintenance, following up and evaluating the effectiveness of the training providers. Integrate the training record in HRIS and generate training effectiveness analyzing report.
5) Be in charge of new employee orientation ,including training schedulling, coordination and implementation. Annual review and improvement
6) Be in charge of SICK technical training library establishment and its periodical renew and organize its' sharing internally in a safe manner with guideline. Enhance the technical training materials' sharing and easy to be review, Ensure the material's updating and effectiveness.
7) Organize for each training's placement, including internal arrangement and external communication and plan execution.
8) Assist to set up competence model and its implementation and leadership development guideline and implementation. Monitor the feedback from staff and making improvement suggestion.
9) Carry out other assigned work-related jobs by superior. According to guidance.
Job requirements:
1) Bachelor background with major in human resources management or pedagogic Got the trainer qualification certification
2) Above 5 years training and training management experience
3) Computer skills with MS Office etc.; Training and training management skills; CET 4 or above; PDCA skill
4) Teamwork; Communication with impact, Engagement; Analysis and Judgement; Mobilizing resource; Driving for Result; Training Needs Determination; Training Resource Sourcing; Training Plan Establishment.
5) Team player; Self learning and Motivation;Appetency;Responsible
