Responsibilities:
1.Order processing,enter sales order in SAP system and ensure the sales order is complete;
2.Internal and external communication:Act as the bridge of customer and the company;
3.Return and customer complaint handling;
4.Verify accounting statement with customers for issuing VAT invoice;
5.Maintain forecast and demand and inventory control;
6.Maintain customer master.

Qualification:
1.Good command of communication skills,MS office and english;
2.Familiar with SAP is desirable;
3.About 2 years of customer service experience;
4.College degree,majority of engineering is preferred.
