Title of position: GCC Finance data analyst
Department: GCC Finance Department
Reports to: Finance Performance management manager
Location: Shanghai

Purpose & general responsibilities of the position:
? Support & Work closely with functions in GCC including Sales, Trade and Marketing, Customer Service, HR and Finance itself to implement business data report
? Database management and development.
? Design and develop attractive report, tables, charts and maps
? Market data analysis, build presentation materials based on the key findings.
? Support on methodology design, field research, and knowledge management.
? Provide insight and guidance on the interpretation of reported exceptions/analytics outputs
? Fully supports any other data analysis or tasks to ensure company’s objective are reached and business force effectiveness are enhanced

Specific requirements for the position:
? Passion at data management.
? Three years’ experience in business data analysis, Liner Shipping is preferred.
? Strong Logical thinking.
? Excellent analytical skills
? Excellent IT Skills (Excel, Access)
? Strong business sense and market analysis skills.
? Good communication and interpersonal skills.’
? Master Degree
? Prefer to have 3 years of working experience in related field

Measurement / success criteria of the position:
o Performance report data accuracy and timeliness
o Reports are automated and processes fully documented
o Very high level of consistency in reporting measured based on stakeholder survey feedback. 举报 分享
