职位描述：
职位描述：
1.草拟公司行政及人事管理办法、规章制度、业务流程等；
2.负责人员招聘、培训工作；
3.协同上级组织实施员工绩效考核，按考核结果核发绩效工资；
4.按时编制员工的薪酬表，负责员工的各项福利补贴的登记和管理；
5.负责建立公司员工档案，并负责员工人事档案和劳动合同的管理；
6.负责员工的社保制表、办理和缴纳；
7.负责及时办理公司营业执照等的年检、变更工作；
8.协助上级组织公司的重大会议会务，并做好后勤保障工作；
9.负责有效实施公司统一组织的企业文化活动；
10.承担上级所需文书处理及相关协调联络工作；
11.负责公司档案管理、固定资产管理；
12.完成领导交办的其他工作。


岗位要求
1、行政、人力资源管理或相关专业大专及以上学历
2、具有较强的管理能力
3、熟练运用各种办公软件
4、熟悉招聘、培训、薪酬、绩效考核、劳动关系、企业文化、人力规划等人力资源管理工作
5、工作细致认真、谨慎细心、责任心强
6、具有很强的人际沟通、协调能力、团队意识强
7、工作时间：9:30-18:00
8、工作地点：成都市高新区天府三街新希望国际B座305B
