职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责对施工项目实施全过程、全面管理，组织制定项目部的各项管理制度。
2、建立暖通工程项目的作业标准，明确施工工艺，制定出每项工作的作业顺序，使施工有条不紊；
3、按设计要求、操作规程和验评标准向施工班组进行技术、安全交底，严格按照施工组织设计和施工进度进行施工；
4、协调现场各工作组的工作进程，对图纸及施工中出现的问题及时解决；
5、监督施工过程、质量、原材料检测、基础、中间结构和隐蔽工程验收，对工程资料的收集整理、竣工决算的事务协调等；

任职要求：
1、暖通专业方向大专或以上学历；
2、2年以上暖通行业现场施工管理工作经验；
3、能解读施工图纸，熟悉暖通施工流程、暖通施工技术规范、暖通材料市场行情，熟悉暖通行业相关法律法规，善于解决施工过程中出现的各种问题；
4、有较强的客户沟通能力，一定的现场协调及综合管理和成本预控能力；
5、身体健康，吃苦耐劳，诚实正派，遵纪守法，有良好的职业道德以及较强的执行力；持有效施工员岗位证书；
