Role Purpose:
This role is responsible for the delivery of recruitment activity and programs for designated Business Units in the Chengdu hub. Ensuring compliance to ANZ practices and policies relating to recruitment. Delivering optimal ROI through standout quality of hire, manage hiring cost, meet service and performance targets.
This role engages with sorts of external recruitment channels, vendor resources, internal business units and global recruitment team, as well as stakeholders; provide ranges of professional consultations relating to recruitment operations and deliveries to support business growth and success.
Accountability:
Financial:
- Ensuring recruitment costs are within budget
- Build up and optimise recruitment resources, channels, continuously drive for cost efficiency
Customer:
- Partner with business unites through the thorough understanding of business needs, provision of recruitment consultations
- Meet performance target relating to customer groups satisfaction on recruitment
Process:
- Service alignment and management of the end-to-end recruitment process for the designated business unite across the Chengdu Hub
- Implement recruitment relating processes under ANZ global policies and processes, as well as aligned with local legislations
- Demonstrate best practice recruitment processes being delivered across all internal and external hiring manager and candidate groups
- Execute activities in line with best practice strategic facilitation and deliver some of softskill training
People:
- Advocate ANZ values in all aspects and areas of recruitment services delivery.
- Manage and develop an effective and innovative network of key external/internal contacts
- Engage with sourcing vendors
Risk/compliance/behaviours:
- Alignment and adherence with ANZ Group governance policies, processes and standards and with external regulatory requirements
- Manage risks through HR processes. 100% compliance for any performance requirement
Requirements:
- An experienced Human Resources professional, and with more than 3 years’ experience, tertiary qualified in recruitment
- Strong results orientation and problem solving skills
- Strong skills in talent acquisition, resource and vendor management
- Sound understandings of talent market, good experiences in promote and attract talents
- Good English, good presenting skills and strong communication skills
