职位描述：
i BROAD FUNCTION
Responsible for quality management and control in IND area, improve and maintain systematically quality management in place, improve quality performance. leading team perform products benchmark inspection and testing based on REHAU quality standard.

ii PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Initiates, recommends, directs and implements quality procedures and standards.
2. Lead team conducting quality control inspections and testing.
3. Coordinates departments efforts and product and process audits processes.
4. Assuring measuring and testing equipments are calibrated and maintained well according to MPU process.
5. Non-conforming products management and control.
6. Implement and maintain BM process for quality problem troubleshooting loop, recommends corrective action, help in modification to design or manufacturing technique; defines set up limit sample system for defects or discrepancies with the support of CT.
7. Champion Quality programmes by defining and eliminating root causes of quality deficiencies with current technology boundaries.
8. Provides guidance and work direction to quality control inspectors.
9. Capture quality impediments through Quality Key Performance Indicators, collect and conduct data analysis to find the gap and area for improving.
10. Make computations, analyze results & write reports for quality issue and give the proposal to continue improve product quality.
11. Support Quality manager to ensure manufacturing plant Quality Systems are maintained by quality requirement of ISO9001 and consistent with REHAU World Wide Standards
12. Communicate quality impediments to plant personnel systematically and routinely
13. Enhance customer satisfaction through the effectively use of appropriate tools and processes for continual quality improvements.
14. Other quality management tasks arranged by supervisor

iii REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION
1.Bachelor Degree in the fields of Quality Management, Mechanical Engineering or engineering / technical related field.

EXPERIENCE
1. At least 5 years working experience in multinational companies and being involved in aspects of quality engineering, 2 years in the supervisor level;
2. ISO9001 internal auditor;

SKILLS
1. Solid understanding of ISO9001.
2. A passion for quality with strong work ethic;
3. Excellent communication skills;
4. Self-starting, minimal supervision required;
5. Detail oriented;
6. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills;
7. Able to interpret technical drawings and specifications as well as use of measuring equipment;
