Experience Requirements/经验要求：

1. 5年以上实验室工作经验，熟悉电子材料专业领域国内或国际标准；
2. 熟悉QC控制手法，抽样原理，了解测量不确定度的评定；
3. 能独立系统地建立、维护管理体系，熟习相关管理活动；
4. 具备良好的团队意识及沟通技巧，有培训工作经验优先；
5. 开阔的视野，能适时提出系统的改善建议，优化、整合业务流程；
6. 电脑操作熟练，英文听、说、写流利。

Essential Duties/基本职责：

1. 负责建立和完善实验室操作和安全体系，建立实验室的质量控制系统及审定、校准程序，与国外总部实验室进行对接以确保测试准确度和精密度，持续改进实验室设备；
2. 制定产品检验标准，对原材料、半成品及成品进行种类检测，报告和管理产品质量数据，根据数据决定物料和产品的放行；
3. 负责培训QC小组运用测试设备及不同测试方法验证产品的稳定性及物理、化学性能，在新产品的研发阶段协助分析及检测产品的多方面特性；
4. 完善品质管理制度， 组建供应商档案，参与供应商评审，促进质量体系持续改进；
5. 根据检验数据，协助生产部门解决生产过程的质量问题；
6. 负责对突发事件及品质异常的调查及处理，与生产部沟通协调；
7. 建立QC小组成员的职能要求，确保有效的管理与运作，并持续改进和提高部门运作绩效。
