Title
Marketing Specialist/市场专员_GM_GCQ
Major Tasks include, but not limited to:
- Developing GCQ marketing plan on both strategic and operational level, in alignment with GCQ business strategy and China marketing strategy.
- Planning and coordinating all marketing campaigns and marketing initiatives in west China.
- Implementing campaigns and activities in west China, such as exhibitions, seminars, media, POS, customer attractions and channel marketing programs.
- Meeting the GCQ Marketing KPI’s and to track the marketing performance.
- Collaborate with China Marketing, Concept Store and WEB teams, ensuring we’re communicating the same messages in all our Grundfos CHINA communication channels.
- Budget planning and controlling for GCQ projects and initiatives.
Qualification and Experience
- BS or M.Sc. degree (Marketing / Communication / Business )
- Background within marketing area. Market communication experience is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience within sales and marketing from a B2B marketing department or from a consultancy/agency.
- Solid experience in driving large-scale marketing projects especially in west China.
- Relevant industrial experience is preferred but not a must.
- English skills are excellent both verbally and in writing.
- Familiar with Microsoft office especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience in common desktop publishing tools, e.g. Photoshop and InDesign, will be preferred.
