—Responsible for lithium industry's overall development plan; Maintain and develop the relationship between indurstry Key customer and Kollmorgen ;
—Assist regional sales to do good job on project information communication and OEM customer management; with the help of company standard customer management tools, track and analysis all opportunites in lithium industry;
1. According to the overall company vission in lithium battery industry, create reasonable business development plan.
2. Perform Lithium Battery Indistry strategic and tactical account planning, management, analyze and execution
3. Leading and Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with end user and develop in depth knowledge of their organization and needs; Establish and improve the Key account management
4. Keep Close with the Lithium Battery Industry development trend, assist the regional sales to develop new customer proactively;Continue Expand Lithium Battery market share for our company with increasing market influence
5. Coordinate crossing departments and regional project cooperation, organize the cooperation between departments and regions.
6. Achieve Lithium Battery Industry Strategic and Sale Targets
7. Cooperate with Local Regional Sales Manager, review and evaluate the Lithium Battery OEM Customer and impletement key account management
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Integrity, comply with professional ethics
2. Familiar with the application of lithium battery industry
3. With strong executive ability, have the ability to adapt to changes in the market environment;
4. Have the professional personal management ability, time management ability, result oriented. Multi task planning and execution ability
5. With strong project planning ability, writer of fluency
6. With fast learning ability and strong sense of market competition;
7. Rich communication skills, with PPT presentation skills;
8. With rich cmmunicative ability, organization and coordination ability and team work spirit; Be willing to face challenges.
9. Adapt to working environment with large pressure .
