The position is based in Beijing with frequent travel nationally in China.

We are looking for a high-calibre professional looking to develop their career in a dynamic and successful education company. This is an ideal position for sales and marketing professional looking to move into international education, or an international education professional looking to grow into a sales and marketing role. We are seeking mature, dynamic candidates who can convince us they can grow our student recruitment through excellent customer service and high quality training and support of our agency network.

Main duties:
· Promote and recruit international students to RRU, growing sales through established channels of partner education agents and feeder schools in mainland China.
· Devising and implementing successful RRU recruitment and marketing campaigns in China.
· Liaising between Study Group China Partner Sales Managers, our agency network and RRU to ensure high quality customer service and resolution of enrolment and student service issues.
· Representing RRU at key promotional events in China, providing professional education advice and counseling service to agents, parents and students.
· Providing in-depth market feedback on the Canadian education and competitor’s analysis, delivering regular internal RRU trainings for Study Group NA China team and PSMs.
· Liaising with Study Group RRU marketing team and China communications team to localize RRU main brochures, to plan and devise China localized RRU promotional materials.
· Liaising with RRU feeder consultant as well as Study Group direct sales team to follow up trainings or attending events, so to cultivate new business.
· Supporting to RRU social media promotion in China market.

Essential Criteria:
· Educated to Degree standard or compensating industry experience
· Minimum of three years’ experience of working in the higher education sector
· Experience of developing and implementing recruitment strategies
· IT literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Experience of achieving targets
· Experience of face to face sales
· An ability to deal professionally with all staff, clients, partners and students
· A quick learner able to understand and action effectively new tasks
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
· Ability to work flexibly and independently with limited supervision and remote management. Ability to set own targets and strategies
· Ability to work as part of a team
· Ability to present to large groups in a confident and persuasive manner
· Ability to research and analyze market trends and produce reports
· Excellent bi-lingual skills in Chinese and English both written and verbal
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Self-motivated, enthusiastic and a positive attitude

Desirable Criteria:
· Post Graduate qualification and/or overseas study experience
· Experience of International student recruitment within a Higher Education setting.
· Experience of writing/designing promotional campaigns
· Experience of using social media (Weibo, Wechat etc) for marketing purposes
· Experience of channel sales (i.e. through agent network or similar)
