职位描述：
1. To carry out gearbox maintenance on-site task for Bonfiglioli customer and CSI increase
负责邦飞利减速机维修工作及提升客户满意度
2. Comunication and handle with customer’s complaint in their requirment on products.
和客户沟通了解他们的需要并处理客户的投诉
3. Visiting and supporting customer for solution about customer’s claim
现场服务并解决问题
4. Providing preliminary analysis and service report
提供原因分析及服务报告
5. Complete the other aftersales service job arrangement
完成售后服务部的其他工作安排。
6. Good communication skills and teamwork spirit
良好的团队合作精神

岗位要求：
1. Higher vocational college or above, with mechanical background
高职院校以上，机械专业背景
2. Over 5 years of working experience with mechanical product, 2 years of aftersales servcie working experience in transmission is prefered.
5年以上机械行业工作背景，2年以上同行业工作经验者更佳
3. Ability to work independently, mature and resourceful,
      能够独立工作、思想成熟、应变能力强；
4. Intergrity, responsiblility, deligent,
诚信、负责、勤奋；
5. Willing to travel for work
