Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, information system, computer science, statistics, mathematics or

related disciplines

* 7-8 years’ experience in marketing and research field, with proven experience in digital media analytics and text mining

* Familiar with social media platforms and social analytics

* Good communication, analytical and report writing skills

* Good team player and able to work independently

* Proven English proficiency and able to communicate in Cantonese

* Willing to work overtime and during weekends / public holidays

* Long term business trip to Hong Kong

Responsibilities:

* Study, analyze public opinions on social media and prepare timely reports

* Track and explore trends on internet and social media and make recommendations

* Support to formulate and develop social intelligence model, including social media monitoring and research

methodologies

* Liaise and coordinate with external vendors/agencies to collect useful data on timely basis

* Support other internet marketing projects and studies
