Job Duties :

- Provide material data management support for the team

- Support in creating new materials master in SAP

- Maintain the lead-time, SPQ, MOQ and EQL status in the materials mater periodically

- Assist in collecting and updating part number information of different line cards

- Prepare reports to review the part number status

- Manage daily administration and operation for electronics parts and components and provide support across region

- Data maintenance in highly efficient ways

- Timely support and response to business' requests and requirements

Job Requirements :

- Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related disciplines

- 1-2 years relevant working experience preferably in Materials Administration position and/or in electronics component industry

- Good command of English and Mandarin

- Good communications skills

- Ability to work independently, able to meet tight deadlines and willing to learn

- Knowledge in SAP, Excel Application is preferred
