职位描述：
1、协助投资经理进行目标投资企业的分析，并协助进行客户公关及完成投资项目的具体操作；
2、协助投资经理完成与直接投资业务相关的文件起草，材料制作等；
3、协助投资经理进行客户公关、投资价值分析、投融资初步方案设计等；
4、参与投资业务项目选择、评估、分析及项目管理工作。

职位要求：
金融及财务专业优先;
了解相关行业发展趋势，具备扎实的专业知识和技能；
具备一定的金融、财务、法律知识；
较强的沟通协调能力，出色的研究分析能力；
在相关行业具备丰富的项目资源获取能力和项目评估能力；
