Account Executive / Technical Sales (Mobility, Wearable, Industrial, Communication)

Overview
This Account Executive/Technical Sales can be based in Beijing, Shanghai or Shenzhen, joining an elite sales organization that strives to deliver innovative solutions that add value to Maxim’s customers. As part of our dynamic sales team, you will work to develop a winning strategy to grow design wins, customer relationships, revenue growth, and Maxim's overall position in the semiconductor market. This position will have high visibility within all departments of Maxim and requires account ownership and accountability.

Reporting Structure
This is an individual contributor role.

Tasks & Responsibilities
? Take the lead to promote Maxim products and to achieve the Design-In goals.
? Coordinate internal and external resources to meet the corporate business goals and strategies for the assigned accounts.
? Serve as interface to Maxim’s customers and leverage Maxim various internal resources to serve customer and win customers loyalty.
? Drive various internal partners and build team synergy and high efficient working mode.
? Lead Maxim BU (i.e. product dept.) people to visit customer for presentations, seminars, and product tests etc. activities and make those business-related activities go smoothly and as effective as expected.
? Build and manage good relationships with the assigned accounts at all levels.
? Drive revenue, market share and business growth in the assigned accounts.
? Formulate sales strategies and executing business plans.
? Manage and drive new projects, design-wins, focusing especially on high density.

Qualifications & Skills
? BS/MS in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
? 5+ years of sales or marketing experience in semiconductor industry.
? Experience with Mobility, Wearable, Industrial or Communication products.
? Proven ability to grow shares in large customers and expand business in new market or new customers.
? Good presentation and communication skill in both Mandarin and English.
