- For our Digital Factory Division in SHANGHAI,we are looking for a (SFAE)西门子工厂自动化工程有限公司 Team Assistant (部门助理) 工作地点：上海嘉定 Work Location: Shanghai JiaDing.

What are my responsibilities?

1. Administrative support for workshop manpower management, such as attendance management,

2. Support with workshop supply scope data and drawings printing

3. Register and Maintain production order information, Issue Production Material list according to original BOM and drawings for order management team

4. In change of monthly purchase Request collection

5. Support site supervisor to coordinate Site Installation team's administration issue,

6. Other tasks assigned by Line Manager

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. Good English communication both written and orally;

2. Familiar with office software

3. Bachelor Degree, Majored in science and technologic is a plus

4. 1-2 years related working experience is a plus

5. Can working efficiently under Pressure, good team player
