职位描述
岗位职责：
1.Think of customer experience First.
以用户体验为导向
2.Provide IT consultancy and knowledge to other departments, collaborate with business team to achieve accurate URD (user requirement document) and test cases independently. Analyses system function proposal from end-users.
为其他部门提供IT方面的知识和咨询服务， 通过与业务团队讨论，编写准确的用户需求文档， 独立进行案例测试，对最终用户提出的系统功能建议进行分析。
3.Design IT solution based on business process and scenario, research and recommend ‘best practices’ to satisfy business needs.
基于业务流程和场景设计IT解决方案，研究和建议满足业务需求的最佳做法
4.Instruct IT technical team, including software vendor for local system and internal IT team for global system, to implement business requirement in IT system in time with good quality.
与IT技术团队（本地软件供应商和支持全球系统的公司内部IT团队）一起工作，按时且高质量地满足业务需求
5.Provide IT consultancy and knowledge and guidance related to process support and ensure appropriate availability and use of IT application functionalities
提供与业务流程相关的IT咨询和知识，并确保IT应用功能的可用性和稳定性
6.Act as the interface among several IT systems, keep data transformation and technical connection from different aspect aligned.
充当不同IT系统之间的接口人，确保不同系统之间的数据准确转换和技术的精准对接
7、Monitor data quality and quantity from system back-end, and run data report to indicate business statement.
从系统后端监测数据的质量和数量，以及与业务状态有关的系统数据报表。
任职要求：
1.Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Management Information System preferred related discipline
具有计算机科学或管理信息系统系统等相关的本科学位
2.Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an IT business requirement and business data analyses
具有至少两年在IT业务需求分析和商业数据分析方面的工作经验
3.Customer focus and result orientation, can fulfill the tasks in time, with good quality according to project plan.
以客户为中心和结果导向，能够根据项目计划按时高质量地完成任务，
4.Logic thinking and good communication with different stakeholders like user department managers, internal IT department, external service providers and company head.
具有较强的逻辑思维能力，能够与不同的利益相关者如用户部门经理、内部IT部门、外部服务提供商和公司上司进行良好的交流
5.Can speak, listen, read and write English frequently
熟练掌握英语英语的听说读写
6.Experience in automotive aftermarket franchising business, IT department, DMS projects, E-Commerce projects preferred.
了解汽车后市场加盟业务，IT部门、经销商管理项目、电子商务项目方面的工作经验者优先
7.International IT project experience a plus
有国际IT项目经验者优先
