Job Responsibility:

1. 定期与客户对账，并取得客户书面确认的对账单回件
Reconciliation with customer and get AR statement confirmation from customer regularly.

2. 定期检查客户的信用额度，根据实际销售和其它信息制定合理的信用额度
Regularly review customer credit limit based on sales and other background information.

3. 每月做出下月回款的forecast
Give a general forecast about next month’s collection.

4. 完成当月收款并降低overdue的指标
Finish every month’s collection task and decrease the overdue target.

5. 对有特殊要求的客户按时提供对帐单
Provide the AR statements to the specified accounts.


Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree in related Finance or Accounting majors
- 3-5 years working experience in FMCG or Chemical industry companies
- SAP knowledge
- excellent communication skills
