PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Ensure site heatcraft product (rack or system) startup and field equipment operation training for customer or enduser.
为客户提供关于西克产品（机组或制冷系统）的安装和使用的培训
2. Provide site service support as customer require such as system diagnosis, trouble shooting, root cause analysis and relevant solution delivery.
根据客户需要提供技术服务，例如系统诊断，故障去除，故障原因分析和寻求有效的解决方案
3. Ensure allocated account’s spare parts supply in and out of warranty
为所负责的客户提供制冷配件
4. Cope with service based complains as manager or supervisor assign.
根据经理或主管的指派解决客户投诉
5. Make necessary service document and records.
做好技术服务的文档和记录
6. Cooperate with sales, design and QC to complete related field visit, product performance investigation etc as needed.
和销售，产品设计和质量管理团队一起合作，根据需要，完成相关的客户访问，产品性能调查
7. Other service based works when and where as required.
其他需要完成的技术服务工作

REQUIREMENTS

1. Degree/Diploma in HVAC or Refrigeration
暖通或制冷专业，大专以上学历
2. Minimum 3 years working experience in the Refrigeration industry
制冷行业3年以上工作经验
3. Hands-on experience in Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration application/ troubleshooting is preferred
有商用和工业制冷产品应用工作经验优先考虑
4. Electrical control circuit knowledge is a must
