Responsibility:

1. Communicate with provincial CSS management and Identify training need for Service Group including provincial Service Manager, Supervisor, TC, Service Admin, Technicians and etc;

2. Make out and update training schedule for internal staff and customer training;

3. Coordinate and Organize service training and customer training according to the schedule, and follow up to make training plan to be completed in time;

4. Coordinate and Communicate with CAT China Learning Center (CLC) on training arrangement, execution and payment settlement;

5. Assist instructors on training curriculum & course preparation;

6. Make out and Control Service learning dept. budget;

7. CAT DPC enrollment management for Service Campus and study progress follow up;

8. Training Record filing;

9. Organize internal technician certification testing and certifying;

10. Service Learning Dept weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting;

11. Subordinate staff yearly evaluation.




Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree majoring in English or related;

2. Fluent in both English and Chinese, and good communication skills;

3. 3 years or above work experience including at least 1 year assistant work experience in multinational organization;

4. Good commands of software like Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe;

5. Female is preferred.
