Introduction:
Apply advanced management concept and skill, manage/maintenance/repair the HVAC (Heating, Ventilating, and Air Condition) of total plant, keep them in good condition and improve their efficiency. Support facility manager to complete new projects and contribute the continuous improvement progress.

What are my responsibilities?
- Propose the annual and monthly preventative maintenance plan of HVAC and keep the their data complete and updated;
- Fix the fault of the HVAC to ensure them for the production;
- Oversee and supervise the maintenance or repair service delivered by external vendor and communicate and remediate any discrepancies or gap;
- Instruct, supervise and check the work of the internal/external maintenance team and provide suitable training to internal team;
- Report and analyze the operation and cost of the electrical system and improve the purchase and control of spare parts - Provide support, help & training to end users of the related applications and tools;
- Active in knowledge sharing. Active in problem solving with constructive proposal.


What do I need to qualify for this job?
- >3 years experience as HVAC in electronics manufacturing industry or infrastructure or relative manufactory;
- Heating, Ventilating and Air Condition major, college or above;
- Familiar with HVAC standard;
- Experienced on cost saving;
- Good Planning and executing force;
- Good communication and coordination ability; - Average or above English communication ability;
- Team player and full of sense of responsibility.
