您的任务

在施迈茨上海, 您负责本土化项目以及德国已有的产品的本土化工作,同时结合中国供应商的资源和市场的需求.您进行设计,制作图纸和制定文件如: 风险分析或产品检测和组装工艺的流程. 此外,您提出相关的生产工艺的建议,计算产品的材料和加工成本。您将管理“运营部技术团队“,同时,您是中国子公司其它设计人员技术上的领导. 您将根据德国的设计规范以及德国同事的建议，制定施迈茨上海的设计规范及设计文档的管理。

Your Tasks

At Schmalz Shanghai you are responsible for localization projects and the adaption of existing products from Germany in consideration of the Chinese supplier resources and the local market needs. You do the design, create drawings and design related analysis and documentations like risk analysis or inspection and assembly plans. Further you make proposals for the processing and create calculations for the material and processing costs. You have the disciplinary responsibility for the “Technical Team Operations” and are the technical leader of all designers in our subsidiary. You define the guidelines for the design process and documentation management at Schmalz Shanghai in compliance with the guidelines of Schmalz Germany and with consultation of the German colleagues.

您的条件

您以优异的成绩完成了大学机械专业或类似专业的学习。您在工程设计/机械设计领域已有5年以上的工作经验，并且具有初步的管理经验。您曾经领导或参与过项目, 熟悉3D-CAD软件,尤其是Solidworks. 您的英语说写流利，可能还有一定的德语基础。您具备很好的有关机械部件，最好是真空产品/气动产品方面的知识。您曾在国际型的公司工作过。

Your Profile

Besides having a successful university education in the major mechanical engineering or comparable we are looking for someone who owns at least 5 years professional experiences in the field plant engineering/mechanical engineering as well as fist leadership experiences. You also led or were involved in projects in the past and are familiar with 3D-CAD software especially SolidWorks. Your English speech and writing is fluent, maybe you have basic German skills. You′ve got a good understanding of mechanical parts and preferably knowledge of vacuum or pneumatic products. You worked in an international company before.
