Job description

· Translate business objectives and product strategies into user-centered designs

· Responsible for content creation and modification of the content in customer’s website. Also the employee in this position will need to verify his/her work or others to make sure that the correct information available on website.

· Responsible for website appearance to ensure the usability and overall online user experience is industry best practice

· Create, design, develop the company website for online sales and customer service

· Create, design and publishing of leaflets, brochures, and other printed and online materials

· Supervises compliance with Corporate Identity guidelines in company’s publications

· Update and Maintenance of webpage and web related materials' interface

· Provides innovative and creative solutions for online and printed publications

· Responsible for other ad hoc web application development projects

· Research and develop strategies to identify new marketing opportunities related to the web

· Ensure efficiency and effectiveness of work processes

Skills :

• Preferred Bachelors degree, graphic design or equivalent in experience.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English. Other Asian foreign language skills will be a plus
• Good skills within Adobe Creative Suite are applied on a daily basis: graphic design (Brochures, product sheets, flyers…) and web/multimedia production (Html, video editing, etc.). Strong knowledge of Flash, Dreamweaver, HTML, php, Photoshop & Illustrator is a MUST
• Microsoft Office suite (Word/PowerPoint/Excel) experience is required
• Understanding of SEO, SEM and social media
• Understanding of Web design and web marketing.
• Has an extensive Portfolio of samples demonstrating above skills

Knowledge:

• Minimum 3-year experience in a similar position with practical experience
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills
• Creative thinking and aware to web marketing and graphic design
• Good organizational and planning skills
• Good business sense and budget awareness.
• Aware of best practices and enough to keep up with the latest and greatest in digital marketing
