Job Description:

1． Responsible for RF/Analog circuit design and simulation;

2． Give guideline to layout engineer or do layout by self

3． Complete design document

4． Assist system engineer to do chip, PCB, and whole system performance test and debug;



Job Requirements:



1． M.S. or Ph.D. Degree in Electrical Engineering.

2． At least 2 years hands-on experience in RFIC, Analog, and Mixed Signal circuit designs at the transistor level in CMOS. Have BT design experience is a plus

3． Experience and knowledge of relevant IC CAD tools (Cadence /Hspice /ADS /Matlab)

4． Excellent design skills in several of following areas: RF circuits – LNAs, Mixers, PLLs, PA; analog circuits – Filters, IF/BB VGAs, Peak/Power detectors, bandgap; mixed-signal circuits –AD/DA

5． Hands-on experience of test equipment usage.

6． Positive attitude, highly motivated, and creative personality; team player;

7． Excellent communication skills, both oral and writing in English & Chinese

具体工作及职责：
1、负责模拟/射频电路设计和仿真；

2、指导版图工程师或独立完成版图设计

3、设计文档的编写；
4、协助测试工程师完成芯片,PCB板和整机射频电路调试和功能测试；

任职资格
1、 硕士及以上学历，电子、通信、微波等相关专业；

2．至少2年以上的RF IC/ Analog/ Mixed Signal的设计经验，从事过BT设计为佳。

3、熟练应用Cadence,Hspice, ADS, Matlab等EDA工具；

4、熟悉基本模拟电路设计，具有以下一个或多个模块的设计与调试经验：RF circuits – LNAs, Mixers, PLLs; analog circuits – Filters, IF/BB VGAs, Peak/Power detectors, bandgap; mixed-signal circuits –AD/DA

5、熟练使用测试仪器；
6、高度的敬业精神及工作激情,良好的团队意识；

7、具备较强的中英文沟通表达能力、
