职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Interface to Business Units Directors and Project Management Leaders for project issue.
2. Communicate for QP topics in regular China PM community.
3. Support regional business units for project performance improvement via PM training, project workshop, project review, China PM community meeting, ePSR report, etc.
4. Responsible for Product Life Cycle Implementation support for regional business unites, conduct implementation checks to encourage BU go for corporate standard process.
5. Gate Release process roll-out for projects with business units.
6. Regular ePSR report based on project Gate status to related stakeholders.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in engineering or business administration, master degree is preferred.
2. Over 5 years working experience in Auto industry, and over 3 years experience in Auto R&D project management.
3. Experience in process manager and trainer is preferred.
4. At least 3 years experience in R&D project for Auto parts.
5. Experience for quality, process, project management, risk management, worked as project managers for at least 3 years.
6. Experience for leading cross functional team.
7. Worked in international team for at least 3 years.
