岗位职责:

? 负责网站整体形象设计、更新、维护和产品图片处理工作；
? 负责产品UI设计，以及产品相关宣传市场资料的设计与制作；
? 负责海报、广告图创意与设计；
? 与产品开发团队充分沟通协作，确认可控的误差范围和视觉效果的最终实现；
? 对产品界面进行持续的设计优化，提升用户体验。

任职资格:

? 诚实守信、品性端正、勤奋努力；
? 大专及以上学历，美术设计、网站设计或计算机相关专业；
? 热爱网站设计、拥有宽广的行业（平面设计、UI设计、互联网）视野与时尚的审美标准，有中型网站独立设计制作经验；
? 能够清楚快速地把握策划理念，准确地寻找切入点，对网页设计的艺术性和功能性有较深理解；
? 能熟练应用Photoshop, Flash,Illustrator, Fireworks等相关设计制作软件 ；
? 精通DIV+CSS布局，善于使用前端的基本调试工具；
? 精通HTML5/Ajax/Json/XML , CSS, JavaScript等Web前端技术，能解决主流浏览器兼容问题；
? 熟悉SEO并能融入网站开发及优化者优先考虑；
? 良好的沟通能力与团队协作精神；
