1. Manage the overall co-publishing business. Identify growth strategy and prepare annual business plan for the co-publishing.
2. Maintain the relationship and working contacts with the exiting local publishers. Provide title lists to local publishers on a regular basis. Proactively approach translators/authors for find more co-pub opportunities.
3. Well understand the contents of LWW published titles to better facilitate the co-pub partners to publish more titles.
4. Develop new publishing partners and find more reprint opportunities to generate more co-pub revenue.
5. Explore the ways to penetrate into local textbook market to co-publish more textbook titles to get bigger circulation.
6. Liaise with local publishers to put the copub titles on Ovid and Kindle platform to generate more revenues
7. Identify key digital product in Medical Education and Practice for localization and long term business development
8. Work out a systematic approach to find business opportunities for digital MedEd and MedPrc products
9. Well master the digital products in MedEd and MedPrc to understand the contents, features and technology
10. Provide product support to the digital BD projects
11. Build relationship with medical associations, industrial KOLs in medical education and practice.
12. Prepare and submit week update and monthly business report
13. Provide weekly estimate, budget phasing and conduct monthly review on copublishing sales
