Purpose of the Job
? Obtain best QCD commitment from suppler in his/her scope;
? Identify and evaluate new suppliers, set up and implement improvement action plans
? Increase the localization rate.

Organisation Structure and Reporting
? Reports hierarchically to the Electrical Commodity Manager


Key Network & Links
? Quality , Project, Procurement Dept and European sourcing team


Objectives
? Set up suppliers databases and keep market analysis of products in his/her scope;
? Raise alert to manager(s) on items not in line with project needs and propose immediate solution;
? Price decrease yearly by 5% (?);
? Support to solve important NCR issues specially when in difficult situation with supplier(s);
? At tender phase bring best optimized material cost to tender team;
? Manage and maintain right relationship with supplier(s);
? Analyse the needs of new suppliers to be in panel for localization or competition purpose, source and develop the suppliers with agreed planning with quality team;


Responsibilities
? Prepare RFQ and FA based on PMFU of projects
? Control supplier Q,C,D performance
? Input sourcing data in K3 on time
? Regular visit to supplier keep good communication
? Weekly report on time
? Other tasks assigned by sourcing managers


Requirements
? Over 3 years hands-on experience in sourcing activities, preferred in a manufacturing site
? Engineering Bachelor or Master degree
? Efficiency and motivation on daily work
? Problem solving oriented attitude
? Fluent in listening, writing and spoken English, French is a plus
? Very well organized, work efficiently under tight deadlines, sharp analytical skill
? Teamwork ability, rigour, formalism when dealing with suppliers
? Can work independently as well as part of a team with strong communication skills to interface effectively
? Experience in Kingdee K3 & SUN system is a plus
