this position is temporary position for replacing HR specialist, who will leave current position almost 8 months. this contract will continue 8 months.

Responsibilities
? C&B: Be responsible for monthly payroll, IIT calculation, and social benefits and so on. Ensure accurate and timely payroll administration as well as follow the required legal guidelines. Assist HR Manager on salary review and salary survey data input.
? Recruitment: Be responsible for recruiting coordination issues, and be in charge of recruiting activities step by step.
? Personnel administration: Be responsible for employee relationship, such as expatriation process ,hiring procedure, on-board checklist collection, orientation to new employees, labour contract follow-up, expatriate housing, exit process, monthly HC report and HR KPI report
? HRIS maintenance: Be responsible of the quality of ALPS data input & update
? Internal Communication: Be responsible of communication of HR policies and procedures to multi-level staff to ensure compliance with company requirements and labour law

Hiring Requirements:

· University degree in business administration/ management with emphasis in human resources or related field.
. at least 2 years working experience on HR area. prefer to C&B area.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
· Good logical thinking with strong project management skill.
· High personal impact and credibility combined with excellent communication skills.
· Quick learner with result-oriented by excellent problem solving skills
· Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced, diverse and growth-oriented environment;
· Change oriented, well organized with high attention to details and able to work
