Key Responsibilities:

Collect industrial development trend info, business potential, and competitors' activities.

Provide relevant application need, information and report to sales team and DI headquarter.

Exchange of information with other departments to generate synergy effects.

Weekly planning and reports of customer and end user visits.

Understanding individual clients needs and proposing the most suitable solution.

Product application testing and qualification at customers site to support sales.

Providing pre and post sales technical assistance.

Product and technical training to internal staff and customer.

Support relevant marketing activities/projects.



Required Competencies:

Fluent in spoken and written English.

Good ability to utilize computer systems (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong business focus, excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationship with customers.

Demonstrated ability to drive application development programs, customer/end-user interaction and conduct training.

Demonstrated ability to develop, execute and analyze well-designed tests and trails.



Experience:

Experience in the Oil and Gas industries with understanding of drilling operations is desired.

Knowledge of the application of diamond PDC cutters in oil field drilling a significant plus.



Education:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or physical sciences. Advanced degree a plus.



Other Information:

Frequent travel is required

The successful candidate needs to be able to work under pressure, self-motivated, be strong at closing deals, with ownership and can-do attitude.
