职位要求：一周保证4天到岗
学历要求：硕士研二研三或者博士

主要职责：
1. 负责LTE/LTE-A物理层算法的研究、开发和评估。
2. 负责LTE/LTE-A基带芯片的系统设计与架构设计验证和测试。
3. 负责链路仿真相关工作，包括仿真平台建立，模块实现和结果分析。

职位要求：
1. 无线通信、数字信号处理等相关专业
2. 较好的通信理论基础，熟悉OFDM/MIMO,了解LTE物理层
3. 有一定的Matlab，C编程经验
4. 具有较好的中英文阅读能力
5. 沟通能力，具有良好的团队协作精神。
