岗位职责：
1、完成公司绩效评价体系的建立与完善，独立负责绩效评价的执行工作；
2、完成公司绩效评价标准的调整，使其更符合不同阶段的要求；
3、改进、完善并监督执行公司评价体系和规范；
4、协助各部门经理开展绩效评价工作，对绩效管理理念、体系、制度及流程进行培训宣导工作；
5、推进绩效评价工作，确保绩效评价的公平公正；
6、实施绩效评价面谈，解决绩效评价中发生的问题和争议；
7、受理和处理员工对考核过程及结果的申诉；
8、调查绩效评价制度实施问题和效果，并提出改善建议；
9、员工奖惩、年评优工作的组织和落实工作；
10、完成上级交办的其他工作。

任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历，人力资源或相关管理专业；
2、三年以上中小型企业绩效考核实操经验，精通绩效考核体系设计及实施；；
3、较强的理解分析能力，能独立操作绩效考核项目；
4、良好的责任心，口头和书面表达能力，亲和力，勤奋；
5、有IT行业工作经验者优先考虑。
