PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Field service support/troubleshooting for all related IMO Equipment.

· Rig Field Installation & Commissioning of IMO Equipment.

· Provide pre-sales and or/post sales technical support to customer including commissioning, installing,

testing and maintaining products, equipment and system.

· Provide training on features of equipment.

· Assist with workshop repairs.

· Customer support over the phone 24/7.

· Help kit turnaround when required.

REQUIREMENTS:

· University Degree or equivalent, prefer major in Engineering (electrical, mechanical, petroleum)

· 3+ years of field/equipment service experience; Experience with Instrumentation is a plus;

Work experience with international company in China or overseas is a plus

· Basic Knowledge of drilling and instrumentation products; Basic hydraulic system;

· Require to travel frequently at short notice around the world to perform field service work.

· Work in on/offshore or onboard vessel for service call in local and overseas.

· Networking building skills; Analytical and creative; Problem solving ability; Good oral and written

communication skills both in Chinese and English; Customer oriented; Initiative and team work spirits;

· This position require global travel to I&C and troubleshooting for customers
