Responsibilities:

Training system management:
- Ensure system operation performance
- Improve system functionality
- Provide support and consulting to the system users
- Cooperate with BMW Group in Germany and international vendors for system improvement

Training portal management:
- Act as a key team member in training portal development project
- Maintain and improve the functionality & performance of the portal continuously

Web Based Learning management:
- Cooperate with system vendor to ensure the performance and functionality of Web-Based Training producing platform
- Coordinate internal training teams and vendors for production of localized Web-Based Training
- Provide technical support to ensure the successful launch and usage of Web-Based Training in Chinese market
- Continuously improve Web Based Learning efficiency

Qualifications:
- Master of Information technology
- 3 years Learning Management System experience
- 3 years Project Management experience
- Experience in ERP Consulting/System experience will be a plus
- Good training management knowledge
- Good IT knowledge
- Strong project management skills
- Logical thinker and creative problem solver
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong MS Office skills
- Proficient English
