Title：Order fulfillment specialist

Job Description：

- Deal with sales order processing in order system, including sales order entry, tracking , shipment arrangement etc.
- Contract Review: Unitary contract check during whole process.
- Data Management: Maintain customer data into system.
- Prepare Management Reports.
- Follow-up and control of delivery schedule to ensure on time delivery, control and coordinate with on side installation progress. Ensure on time project hand-over to customer.
- Work independently as all logistics contact window to internal & external customers.
- Responsible for efficient execution of inbound/outbound customs clearance activity. Work with forwarders and brokers to ensure smooth and fast customs clearance.

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree, preferably majoring in commercial, Fin or English.
- 1-2 working experience in customer service, relative working experience is preferred but not must
- Strong team player, pro-active, flexible, willing to take additional responsibilities, able to work under stressful environment, analytical and intellectual competency, and able to work independently.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
- Good computer skills in MS Office
