Support cross function team, including HSE identification and audit in operation, new process ,new program etc. insure significant environmental aspect and significant risk to be improved.
跟踪健康、安全和环境相关法律法规要求变化，并保持更新和参与合规性评价
Implement applicable legal and other requirement identification and assessment related to health safety and environment, and keep update&evaluation of compliance.
支持和监督健康、安全和环境相关运行控制的建立、实施和改进
Support and monitor HSE operational control, include establishing, implementing and maintaining.
检查和审核工厂健康、安全和环境运行控制情况，并支持实施持续改进
Develop HSE operational control audit, measure HSE conformance , implement continuous improvement.
协助跨功能小组开展新机器/设备/设施HSE审核和批准的变更管理HSE评估
Support CFT to implement HSE evaluation in new machine/facility audit.
协助跨功能小组建立和实施健康、安全和环境应急响应
Support CFT to establish and implement HSE emergency response.
及时报告所有事故件，参与相关的调查分析，以确保找到根本原因并采取主动的纠正措施
Report incident and participate in related inquiry and analysis, insure root cause finding, corrective and preventive action taking.
提供必要的健康、安全和环境培训，实施公司级相关健康、安全和环境相关例行培训，开展部分员工和相关方HSE培训，以支持各部门、跨功能小组和相关方的HSE工作开展
Provide necessary HSE training, implement level 1 health safety and environment training and partial employee HSE training to support department, CFT and interested party HSE task.
向各职能部门和个人提供与HSE问题相关的技术和专业支持
