Job Purpose:

1.To estimate costs for new products starting from the information and sketch drawings provided by sales team, HQ Project Managers and Design Team.

2.To calculate target costs for all the new parts designed for new products before to start the production in order to support Purchasing Team to buy at the right price.

3.To support Design Team by calculating the cost variation for all the Engineering Change Requests.

Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

1. Major in Mechanical Engineering related, bachelor degress or above.

2. 4-6 years of the relevant work.

3. Experience with any of following machining and raw parts process like casting, forging and machining.

4. Good working knowledge of 3D CAD software (NX CAD).

5. Good working knowledge about cost analysis.

6. Good working knowledge about design calculation about machine components(bearing, shaft ect).

7. Fluent in written and oral English

8. Awareness of manufacturing process of casting and forgings is desirable.

9. Working knowledge about FEA analysis and software (preferably Siemens NX-Nastran) will be an advantage.
